Beach of Vergnes

The beach of Les Vergnes is a small beach with the characteristic enclavement between two cliffs clean beaches around Meschers-sur-Gironde. Close to the forest and almost no constructions in the surroundings.

Covered with fine sand, coiled between two rocky capes, and bordered by dunes covered by a pine forest.

Description

Presence of a bar - restaurant. Swimming is supervised from Saturday 4th July to 30th August from 11am to 7pm.

In July and August you will find nautical activities.

Animals are not allowed on the beach, please refer to the municipal regulations/decree posted at the entrance of the beach.

Welcome to Gites 123 Soleil ! We welcome you in the heart of the Haute Saintonge, in the countryside, near Jonzac and the beaches of the estuary (Meschers sur Gironde, Saint-Georges de Didonne, etc). Our old Charente farmhouse is ideal for rest and relaxation, reunions, parties with family and friends and of course children (since all our gîtes are designed for them, with childcare equipment in each gîte, indoor and outdoor games, books, toys).
Our property is located in a large garden (7000 m²) with trees and flowers and a swimming pool.
