A large cycle loop of 480 km through the moors of Gascony to the vineyards and great castles of the Médoc, via the Bay of Arcachon, the Atlantic coast and beaches and the Cordouan lighthouse.

The main steps: Bordeaux, the Entre-deux-Mers, the Canal de Garonne, the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park, the Bay of Arcachon, the Atlantic coast, the Gironde Estuary and the Médoc vineyards before returning to Bordeaux.
